2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive an email or other confirmation from us.
• Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless specified otherwise. We accept major credit cards, online transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Free cancellation is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service start time will incur full charges.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour or transportation service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling options.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Health and Safety

• Eligibility: Our tours may have age or health restrictions to ensure safety. Infants under 1 year, adults over 60 years, and individuals with health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, asthma, or bone issues are advised not to participate.
• Liability Waiver: By booking, you agree to assume full responsibility for your participation in any tour activities.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are not liable for accidents or injuries during our tours.

6. Changes to Itineraries

• Program Adjustments: We may change itineraries or schedules due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety concerns without prior notice.
• Flexible Arrangements: Customers may request adjustments to the itinerary within reason, and additional fees may apply depending on the requested changes.

7. Responsibilities

• Customer Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that you are aware of meeting times and locations.
  • Carry valid identification and any required documents.
  • Respect local customs and behave responsibly during tours.
• Company Responsibilities:
  • Provide a licensed and professional guide and driver for all tours.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Phuket San Travel is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, including delays, missed connections, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Any issues with third-party services (e.g., hotels, restaurants) are not our responsibility, although we will do our best to assist in resolving issues.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Phuket San Travel. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
